Firstly we take the time to meet you and get to know you and for you to understand that we are professionals but we are people too. So on the first meeting we just get to know each other and understand our goals.

A big part of understanding you is to understand the structure of your life and the way you like to operate. We will listen and be guided as to what your preferences are with day to day living and any peripheral expectations.
